Job summary

Aspire People has partnered with a nursery in Leicester to recruit a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The role involves supporting learning, development and wellbeing of young children in a nursery setting.

The successful candidate will work five days a week, Monday to Friday, in a full-time capacity, based in one nursery, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Level 3 childcare or Early Years qualification.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Be patient, caring and enthusiastic, with a positive approach to learning through play.
• Be reliable, responsible and able to work well as part of a team.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the learning, development and wellbeing of young children.
• Work closely with nursery staff to support children's early development.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for every child.
