Job summary

Aspire People have partnered with a nursery in Leicester to recruit a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a full-time, five-day-a-week role based in one nursery. You will support the learning, development and wellbeing of young children, helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive and feel happy and settled. You will work closely with nursery staff to support children's early development.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Level 3 childcare or Early Years qualification.
• Be passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
• Be patient, caring and enthusiastic, with a positive approach to learning through play.
• Be reliable, responsible and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the learning, development and wellbeing of young children.
