Springfield Primary School is seeking an outstanding Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to support children in meeting their educational needs and to help sustain outstanding learning within a nurturing team.

The role requires Level 3 qualification via a DFE-approved training provider, a passion for children's development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to inclusion and high expectations across the school and cluster. Flexible working options are available.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant, who will play a key role in supporting children to meet their educational needs, ensuring outstanding learning.
