Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Limited is assisting a nursery in Warwick to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in line with EYFS, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5.

You will join a supportive Early Years team, with opportunities for professional development and ongoing training. The position is permanent and full-time, located in Warwick with up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) is required.
• Experience in a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
• Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's progress.
• Observe, assess, and record children's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive Early Years team.
• Act as a Key Person, ensuring children's individual needs are met.
