Job summary

Five Education Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a welcoming nursery in Weston-super-Mare. You will deliver play-based, child-led learning for children aged 0–5, helping create a calm, inclusive environment where every child can flourish.

You will plan engaging activities under the EYFS, observe progress, and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EY qualification or working towards it (≤140 chars)
• Experience with children aged 0–5 years
• Knowledge of EYFS framework
• DBS check current or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following EYFS
• Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
• Observe and record children's progress in learning journals
• Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Support children with additional needs where appropriate
