Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for Saffron Walden and surrounding areas. The role supports children’s development in nurseries with a focus on safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Experience in nurseries or Early Years settings is preferred.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.
• Work in line with EYFS and monitor progress.
• Contribute to learning records and development plans.
• Safeguard children and follow nursery policies.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
