• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, safeguarding standards, and child development principles.
• Flexibility: Confidence to quickly integrate into new nursery environments and follow daily routines seamlessly.
• Compliance: A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) and two UK references.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: A recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or NNEB).
• UK Experience: Proven post-qualification experience working within a UK nursery or early years foundation stage (EYFS) setting.
• Knowledge & Delivery: In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, safeguarding standards, and child development principles.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Confidence to quickly integrate into new nursery environments, build instant rapport with staff and children, and follow established daily routines seamlessly.
• Compliance: A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one through Randstad), along with two professional references covering recent childcare roles in the UK.
