Busy Bees Leicester Meridian Park is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's intellectual, social and emotional development. You will create safe, engaging spaces and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS, supporting each child’s unique journey.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to apply child development knowledge to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with EYFS to support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
• Act as Key Person: build strong family connections and monitor each child’s progress.
