Busy Bees Leicester Meridian Park is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of children aged under 5. You will help create engaging learning spaces, plan activities, and build strong relationships with families.

The role emphasizes EYFS delivery, safeguarding, and providing a nurturing environment. A Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification and experience with young children are essential. On-site support and ongoing professional development are provided.

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms for growth and learning.
