Busy Bees Nurseries in Fareham is opening a state-of-the-art nursery early 2027 and is hiring Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team. This is your chance to be part of a brand-new venture and help shape young minds with passion and purpose.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will create a safe, stimulating environment, plan engaging activities aligned with the EYFS, and become a key person supporting children's development and family connections at the hive.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education is required.
• Experience with children under 5 is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare materials for exploration and growth.
• Lead Engaging Educational Activities aligned with EYFS.
• Act as a Key Person, supporting children's development and engaging families.
