Busy Bees Hove is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our nurturing team. You will create a safe, stimulating environment and lead educational activities aligned with EYFS, supporting children's growth across physical, emotional, cognitive and social development.

As a valued Early Years Educator, you will be a Key Person, build strong family connections and contribute to a caring, high‑quality setting at Busy Bees Hove. The role offers ongoing development and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education is required.
• Experience with children under 5 is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare materials for activities.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Act as Key Person responsible for children’s development and family communication.
