Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our Busy Bees Irby setting. You will support children's learning and development, build strong family links, and deliver the Bee Curious curriculum in a warm, well-equipped environment.

Working with under-fives in a highly regarded UK nursery, you’ll contribute to a caring team, follow EYFS guidance, and help children grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support development aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
