Willingcare seeks an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic, nurturing setting. You will deliver a bespoke curriculum that inspires children to explore, grow, and gain independence within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of young children.
• Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations, including safeguarding and health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Child-Centred Care: Provide high-quality care and education for children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Curriculum Delivery: Support the implementation of the nursery’s bespoke curriculum, fostering a love for learning and independence.
• Child Development: Observe and assess children’s progress, identifying areas for support and celebrating milestones.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with parents, families, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s development.
• Environment Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized nursery environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff.
