Busy Bees Leeds, Guiseley is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our Outstanding-rated setting. You will support early years development, contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum, and help children flourish in a nurturing, safe environment.

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll work within EYFS guidelines, plan engaging activities, and monitor progress while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support development and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support physical, emotional, intellectual and social growth.
• Key Person Role: oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
