Job summary

St.Thomas Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working practitioner qualified to Level 3 or an experienced Level 2 with EYFS experience. The role focuses on high-quality practice with 2–4 year olds, including SEND support, planning activities, and routine nursery duties.

Qualifications

• Level 3 candidate or experienced Level 2 practitioner with EYFS experience.
• Confident with high-quality Early Years practice and working with 2–4 year olds.
• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Willing to participate in rota duties including snack preparation, cleaning and outings.
• Committed to professional development and training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out key person responsibilities for assigned children.
• Engage in high-quality interactions with 2–4 year olds.
• Plan and prepare activities and continuous provision.
• Assist with snack food preparation and cleaning.
• Support visits to Beach School and participate in all nursery activities.
