Busy Bees Chelmsford is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery and help nurture every child’s intellectual, social, and emotional development within a supportive, vibrant team.

You’ll deliver quality play-based learning aligned to EYFS, take a key person role, and collaborate with families while enjoying excellent progression opportunities, flexible hours, and our Bee Curious curriculum.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
