Job summary

Warren Mead Schools seeks a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join on a fixed term contract. You will deliver high-quality early years care, support learning and development, and work with families within the Warren Mead cluster. The role emphasizes safeguarding, teamwork, and child-centred activity planning.

You will contribute to a nurturing environment, align with EYFS expectations, and engage with staff across the GLF Schools network to promote excellent education for young pupils.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support learning.
• Support children's development across the EYFS framework.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and carers to support each child.
• Safeguard and maintain safeguarding procedures and boundaries.
