Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to work across Cambridge and surrounding areas. You will contribute to a safe, stimulating environment and support children’s early years development.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification, with prior nursery experience and a strong grasp of EYFS principles. Various full-time and part-time positions are available, starting ASAP with ongoing bookings.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and learning opportunities for children.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.
• Observe and monitor children's progress and development.
• Contribute to learning records and development plans.
• Follow safeguarding, health and nursery policies at all times.
