Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Good understanding of EYFS.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to provide high-quality care and support children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, responsible and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
• Passionate about supporting children's wellbeing, development and learning.
• Ability to create fun, engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
