Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner to support the development and wellbeing of children in our care, ensuring they feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.

You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, observe progress, and work with the team to maintain a warm, welcoming environment while upholding safeguarding regulations and nursery policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in accordance with the EYFS framework and our own curriculum.
• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues.

As a Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner your primary focus will be on supporting the development and well- being of children in our care, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Requirements

Qualifications and skills required
