Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator for our new Leamington Spa nursery. You will plan and deliver activities that support development, create a safe, inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.

The role requires a Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education and experience with under-5s. You'll join a supportive team and access Busy Bees benefits, career progression, and a Bee Curious curriculum that inspires curiosity.

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
