Job summary

Love Childcare Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a brand new, family-run nursery group in Southfields, London. The role offers a four-day week (40 hours) with a strong salary package and opportunities for further qualifications and mentorship.

The successful candidate will deliver age-appropriate EYFS activities, model best practice for the team, and build trusting relationships with parents while maintaining high standards across the setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and safeguarding understanding are essential.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum delivery: lead engaging EYFS activities and track progress.
• Role modelling: support and develop team members and apprentices.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents and uphold high standards.
