Job summary

Teach Plus in Tower Hamlets is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the Early Years team from September 2026. This role supports young children as they develop communication, independence and early learning skills within a nurturing EYFS environment.

You will collaborate with teachers and families to deliver engaging activities and create a safe, stimulating learning space that fosters confidence and positive relationships.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Previous experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning through play and structured activities as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.
• Assist with delivering engaging Early Years activities.

About the role and school

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets from September 2026. This Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role will sit within the school's Early Years provision, supporting young children as they develop their communication, independence and early learning skills.
