We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly and welcoming nursery in Belper for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will support children's learning and development through engaging activities, high-quality care, and positive interactions, helping every child to thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote children's emotional, social, physical, and educational development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.

About You

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) - essential.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. li>
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach. li>
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Two satisfactory professional references.
