We’re Hiring: Level 3 Nursery Assistant – Part Time | Ealing, London

Are you passionate about early years education? Do you have a Level 3 qualification in childcare and a nurturing, energetic approach? If so, we’d love you to join our friendly and dedicated nursery team in Ealing!

Location: Ealing, North West London
Hours: Part Time, Term time only, Thursday & Friday, September 2025 start
Contract: Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and committed Level 3 Nursery Assistant to support the development, learning, and care of children aged 0–5 years. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced educators to provide a safe, stimulating, and fun environment where every child can thrive.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Observing and assessing children’s progress in line with EYFS standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and helping children flourish

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
  • A genuine love of working with children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework
