Job summary

TeacherActive is supporting a warm private nursery in Cardiff to recruit a full-time Level 3 Nursery Assistant to support children aged 0-5 years and deliver engaging play-based activities.

The successful candidate will contribute to EYFS delivery, promote wellbeing, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. Immediate start with competitive hourly pay and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to support children with all aspects of their learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 years through engaging play-based activities,
• Contribute to the delivery of the EYFS curriculum,
• Promote children’s wellbeing and development,
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
