Formación

• Early Years Level 3 qualification essential.
• Experience working with nursery children preferred.
• Patient, nurturing approach to learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to a busy classroom.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the teacher and children in the nursery, including personal care.
• Promote positive behaviour management and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom organisation and resource maintenance.
• Support children's social and emotional development through effective communication.
