Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is recruiting an Early Years Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant in Bristol to join a primary school nursery on a full‑time, ongoing basis for two terms.

The role requires an EY3 qualification to meet ratio requirements, with a pay rate of £100-£110 per day and hours 8:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday. Qualifications

• Early Years Level 3 qualification essential.

Early Years Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant

Location: Bristol

Start: 02/11/2026

Pay rate: £100-£110 per day

Hours: 8:30 to 3:30 - Monday to Friday

We are seeking an Early Years Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join a lovely primary school in South Bristol, to work in their nursery full time ongoing for the next 2 terms. The early years qualification is essential for ratios in the nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the teacher and children in the nursery including providing personal care
• Promote positive behaviour management strategies and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom organization and maintenance of resources
• Support students' social and emotional development through effective communication and rapport-building

Requirements:

• Early Years Level 3 Qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working with nursery aged children
• A patient and nurturing approach to supporting children's learning and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with staff
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the classroom and students
• Basic knowledge of the national curriculum and educational practices
