Tradewind Recruitment LTD is recruiting an Early Years Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant for a primary school in Bristol. The role is full-time, 8:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday, starting 02/11/2026, to cover the next two terms.

You will support the teacher and nursery children, ensure safety and inclusive learning, and help with resources and classroom organisation. Essential qualification is Level 3 in Early Years and strong communication with staff.

Qualifications

• Essential Early Years Level 3 qualification
• Experience with nursery aged children
• Patient and nurturing approach to supporting learning and development

Responsabilités

• Provide support to the teacher and children in the nursery including personal care
• Promote positive behaviour management and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom organization and resources maintenance
• Support social and emotional development through effective communication with students
