What does working as a Level 3 Nursery Assistant involve?

• Supporting young children aged 0-5
• Creating a warm and encouraging environment for children to thrive
• Following instructions from the Nursery Manager
• Maintaining a clean and safe nursery setting
• Adhering to safeguarding procedures
• Working with infants both on a 1:1 basis and in groups

What do we look for in you?

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years
• First aid training (desirable)
• Proven experience supporting young children
• A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one
• A proactive and 'can do' attitude
