Job summary

Cherry Fields Primary School are looking to appoint a Level 3 qualified class based Learning Assistant to join our hardworking and dedicated team.

This role supports the teacher with development and education of children in a warm, supportive environment within the GLF Banbury cluster and offers excellent CPD and teamwork.

Start date September 2026, hours 32.5 per week during term time, permanent contract, closing date 19th July 2026.

Cherry Fields Primary School are looking to appoint a Level 3 qualified class based Learning Assistant to join our hardworking and dedicated team

We are looking for an experienced Level 3 qualified Learning Assistant to support the teacher with their responsibility for the development and exceptional education of children in schools. Using routine supervision and care skills to support children. The Details

Start Date: September 2026

FTE Salary: GLF Associate 3 Point 1 £25,001 Pro-rata (actual) salary: £19,417

Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time)

Contract: Permanent
