Job summary

Lansbury Bridge School is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting students aged 4-14 with complex needs in a 240-pupil school. The role focuses on enabling access to learning, assisting with behaviour management, and providing specialist support under supervision.

You will work in partnership with teachers, parents, and colleagues to promote high standards, wellbeing, and inclusive education, with DBS checks and safeguarding prioritized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support learning and supervise individuals and groups as directed by teaching staff.
• Provide short-term cover when teachers are absent with prepared lesson plans.
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines.
• Support pupils with SEN and ASC needs where applicable.
