This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor to develop their expertise, take ownership of varied assessments and work across a diverse portfolio of properties throughout London.

The successful candidate will need to be confident working independently, managing site visits and travelling across the capital.

The Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor's Role

• Conduct fire risk assessments across residential and commercial properties.
• Identify fire hazards and recommend practical, proportionate solutions.
• Produce clear, accurate and comprehensive fire risk assessment reports.

The Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor

• Essential: Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment.
• Experience conducting fire risk assessments independently.

• Knowledge of relevant British Standards and fire safety guidance.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Confident working across different property types.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout London.
