Red Star Pathways in South East London is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team. You will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5, supporting their learning and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role emphasizes planning engaging activities, observing progress, building strong relationships with children and families, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality childcare.

Formación

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent.
• Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS.
• Is caring, enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to providing high-quality childcare and learning experiences.
• Previous nursery or early years experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
