About Early Years Ltd. in Southwark is seeking a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join the Early Years team.

You will support children across the EYFS, plan engaging activities, and foster strong relationships with families to ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare and a current Paediatric First Aid qualification, with solid EYFS knowledge and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
• Current Paediatric First Aid qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Promote communication, language and physical development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the wider EYFS team.
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
