Job summary

StaffNest Recruitment Agency is seeking a caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a permanent role in Farnborough (GU14). You will support children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS, plan activities, observe progress, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

The role requires a Level 3 EY/Childcare qualification, nursery experience, and solid EYFS knowledge. You will work as a key person, contribute to a safe environment, and promote inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities.
• Carry out observations and support children’s next steps.
• Work as a key person for assigned children.
• Support children’s personal care and daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
