Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work across a range of schools and nurseries in Newbury and surrounding areas. This flexible role offers valuable experience while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You will support children aged 0–5, plan activities aligned with EYFS, and help foster early learning, development, and wellbeing within safe, nurturing environments. DBS checks are required and ongoing professional support is provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery, preschool or school setting.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, flexible and caring approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to work across a variety of schools and nurseries in Newbury and the surrounding areas.

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will work across a range of schools and nursery settings, supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years in their learning and development
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Promoting children's social, emotional, and educational development
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or school setting
