Do you have a passion for early childhood education and creating nurturing, engaging environments where young children can thrive?

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and committed Early Years team at a wonderful nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development of children during their most important early years. Beginning May 2025.

Duties as an Early Year Practitioner:

Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote children's development

Observe, assess and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys and reports

Support the physical, emotional, and social needs of children

Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment

Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children in your care

Ideal Early Years Practitioner:

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, Diploma)

Experience working in an Early Years setting (nursery, pre-school or school)

A sound understanding of the EYFS and child development

A warm, caring, and patient manner

Strong teamwork and communication skills as an Early Years Practitioner.

A commitment to inclusion and child-centred learning
