Progressive Sports is seeking an After School Club Activity Leader at Lent Rise School in Burnham. The role involves leading after-school activities for nursery to Key Stage 2, with a focus on safe, engaging, and educational sessions in a caring setting.

The position requires an Early Years Level 3 qualification and offers flexible, part-time hours (3-6pm, Monday to Friday, term time) with potential overtime during school holidays.

• Early years Level 3 qualification is essential.
• Wraparound care experience is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality activities at after school clubs.
• Build and maintain outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Follow all company and Ofsted standards for children from Nursery to Key Stage 2.
• Create safe and engaging environments across wraparound settings in schools.
• Encourage children from Nursery to Key Stage 2 to explore interests and create opportunities.
• Empower children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills.

Job title: After School Club Activity Leader

*You must hold an Early Years Level 3 Qualification for this role*

Location: Lent Rise School, Burnham, SL1 7NP

Hours: 15 hours per week

After School: 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time

(with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: Up to £14 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided, however an Early years Level 3 qualification is essential.

• Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
