Progressive is seeking an After School Club Activity Leader at Bucklebury C of E Primary School. You will deliver high-quality activities from 3-6pm, Monday to Friday, term time, with optional overtime during holidays. This role offers flexible hours and a supportive team.

You should enjoy working with children, be a team player, and bring childcare experience. On-the-job training is provided; progression to supervisor may be available in the Thatcham area.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in childcare or wraparound care settings.
• Ability to engage children in creative and physical activities.
• Demonstrates reliability and positive role-model behavior.

Job title: After School Club Activity Leader

Location: Bucklebury C of E Primary School, RG7 6QP

Hours: 15 hours per week,

After School: 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time

(with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: Up to 12.71 per hour (Dependent on experience)

There may be opportunites to progress to Supervisor in the future within the Thatcham Area.

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided.

• Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities at our wraparound settings in schools.
• Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
