Job summary

Progressive Sports is seeking an After School Club Activity Leader at Bucklebury C of E Primary School to run after-school activities for children aged nursery and school age. The role is part-time, 3-6pm, Monday to Friday during term time, with optional overtime during school holidays.

You will deliver high-quality activities, build strong relationships with parents and schools, and create safe, engaging environments that support children's development.

Qualifications

• Experience in wraparound care is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lead arts and crafts and/or sports activities for children.
• Good communication with parents, schools and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality activities at after school clubs.
• Build outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promote excellence by following standards for after school wraparound care.

Job title: After School Club Activity Leader

Location: Bucklebury C of E Primary School, RG7 6QP

Hours: 15 hours per week,

After School: 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time

(with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: Up to 12.71 per hour (Dependent on experience)

There may be opportunites to progress to Supervisor in the future within the Thatcham Area.

• Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
