Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in Stowmarket is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to deliver outstanding care and education and support the Bee Curious curriculum, while mentoring less-experienced colleagues.

You'll take on Key Person responsibilities, plan activities, foster a safe, inclusive environment, and monitor children's progress. This is a welcoming, supportive setting in a thriving nursery.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
