Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Harrow, London, is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator for flexible supply work across nurseries in the area. You will provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5, support EYFS planning, and help create a safe, stimulating environment.

The role requires a Level 3 EY qualification (CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), experience in nurseries, strong communication and teamwork, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork to support Nursery teams.
• Experience delivering EYFS activities and care for children 0-5.
• Ability to observe, record, and monitor children’s development when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.
• Support planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Observe, monitor, and record children’s development where required.
• Work collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
