Empowering Learning Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educators to join our agency team and support nurseries across the Ealing area.

As a Level 3 Educator, you will contribute to high-quality care and education in early years settings, using EYFS guidance, while maintaining safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and flexible approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Observe, monitor, and record children's development where required.
• Work collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
