Job summary

A local childcare provider in Tottenham is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator Apprentice to support children's growth through play and learning. This role offers a salary of £11,778 per annum, along with flexible working hours of 30–40 per week. You will assist experienced practitioners and work towards a Level 3 qualification in early childhood education. This position has the potential for full-time employment after the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be working toward a Level 2 Early Years qualification.
• A genuine interest in working with young children.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn about safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0–5 through creative, play-based learning.
• Assist in daily care routines including nappy changing and mealtimes.
• Observe and monitor children’s progress according to EYFS framework.
