Job summary

Realise Training in Shirley is offering an apprenticeship for an Early Years Educator Level 3. You will work as part of the Nursery team, supervising and supporting children under the guidance of the Nursery Manager.

The role includes delivering age-appropriate activities and ensuring a warm, caring environment. The programme leads toward a Level 3 EY Educator apprenticeship, with on-the-job training provided by Realise, plus required safeguarding and EYFS knowledge.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at least.
• Able to form excellent relationships with children.
• PC literate and competent with basic admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery team with supervision and planning of activities.
• Deliver learning experiences suitable to the age range and abilities.
• Maintain health and safety policies and complete required paperwork.
• Collaborate with Nursery Manager and staff to support every child.
• Engage with parents and external partners as needed.
