Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to support the development of our Bee Curious curriculum and to mentor unqualified colleagues in a thriving setting. This role focuses on delivering outstanding care and education to young children within a Busy Bees nursery in Hexham.

You will contribute to high-quality learning experiences, support staff development, and help create an inclusive environment where every child thrives.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding in interactions with children and families.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
