We offer a Level 3 Customer Care apprenticeship position in both North London and the West Midlands.
How does the apprenticeship programme work?
Our innovative Apprenticeship Programmes aim to attract and develop diverse talented individuals who will contribute to our business's growth and success. You will study towards a Level 3 qualification in your chosen area (e.g., Bricklaying). Your time will be split between on-the-job training, learning, and formal study, depending on the specific apprenticeship.
The Role
As a Bellway Customer Care Apprentice, you will be trained to ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience with their new Bellway Home, delivering top customer service. Your role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating with construction teams, and working with third-party partners to address issues in our customers' homes. Your efforts help build trust and foster long-lasting relationships, ensuring customers feel supported and valued throughout their homeownership.

Additionally, candidates should have or expect GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above. If not, you will need to complete the Level 2 Functional Skills test before your end-point assessment with NHBC.
Other requirements include flexibility to meet business needs and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
