Following many successful years, we are excited to recruit for the next cohort of our Apprenticeship Programme starting in September 2025.

We offer a Level 3 Customer Care apprenticeship position in both North London and the West Midlands.

How does the apprenticeship programme work?

Our innovative Apprenticeship Programmes aim to attract and develop diverse talented individuals who will contribute to our business's growth and success. You will study towards a Level 3 qualification in your chosen area (e.g., Bricklaying). Your time will be split between on-the-job training, learning, and formal study, depending on the specific apprenticeship.

The Role

As a Bellway Customer Care Apprentice, you will be trained to ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience with their new Bellway Home, delivering top customer service. Your role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating with construction teams, and working with third-party partners to address issues in our customers' homes. Your efforts help build trust and foster long-lasting relationships, ensuring customers feel supported and valued throughout their homeownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and sometimes in person, professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and third-party partners to ensure efficient work in customers' homes.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in Bellway’s CRM system.
  • Gather and encourage customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to resolve issues and keep customers informed.
  • Seek continuous improvement in customer experience and satisfaction.
