Job summary

Shoots Training is offering a Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Horspath Nursery in Oxford. You will work across a safe, supportive environment serving children aged 0-5, with access to dedicated play areas and school facilities.

The role emphasises observation, planning and assessment under the EYFS, partnership with parents and commitment to completing the Level 3 EYE apprenticeship. 30 hours per week, term-time style schedule with potential flexibility.

Qualifications

• Be an inspiring practitioner with sound knowledge of child development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
• Display a caring and nurturing attitude towards the children in your care.

Responsibilities

• Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children.
• To observe, plan and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework.
• Develop positive partnership with parents
• Be able and enthusiastic to working towards your Level 3 EYE apprenticeship qualification
