Job summary

Bizzybeez Childcare is offering a Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship through Shoots Training at Bizzybeez Childcare in Poole. The role requires prior Level 2 childcare qualification, and GCSEs in Maths and English.

You will work to support daily nursery routines, observe children, and assist with personal care while developing professional skills. The position is open Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:00pm, averaging 30 hours per week across three days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a childcare setting is required.
• GCSE English and Maths at grades A*-C/4-9.
• Level 2 Childcare qualification is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Look after a small group of key children and update next steps.
• Carry out observations on the children.
• Assist with daily nursery operations and in the placed room.
• Assist with personal care including bottle feeding and nappy changes.
• Follow home-from-home routines and communicate with parents.
• Set up daily activities and tidy away at end of day.
• Be proactive, work well in a team and stay active for the role.
